The HelpDesk allows you to submit questions, problems, AV and conference support requests, etc. You can access the HelpDesk at:

Online:  http://techdesk.mww.com   Note: On your first visit click the “Get a password” link.

Support Hours
Currently,  standard business hours of support for the Help Desk are:
9AM – 6PM EST Monday through Friday

How It Works
Submit A Ticket Online – You can visit the website, click "Submit a Request" on your first visit, and submit a request via a simple web form. When submitting a ticket online you have the ability to specify more information to better route your request.

Email Us – You can continue to email helpdesk@mww.com in the same way that you always have, but you will now receive an automated e-mail response to create a password to submit your request on your first e-mail to the Tech Desk. Once you setup a password the first time, you won’t have to do it again, and you can just email the help desk address in the same way you always have going forward. You will also be able to check the status of past e-mail requests via the Tech Desk website.
